Pain diary
A pain diary is a written record of your pain affects your daily activities. This can help you to describe to your healthcare team how your pain has been affecting you over time and what activities make it worse.
This can help you and your healthcare team monitor and identify any patterns in your pain levels alongside exercise. This can help you modify any activities that may trigger pain and help you create a more effective exercise routine. Overtime you may notice improvements in pain management as your tolerance of exercise also increases.
