This book has been developed by health professionals and people with arthritis that have learnt ways to move more and, in doing so, have been able to take control of their pain and manage their arthritis better.
You can download and use this booklet as a reference guide, write notes, plan your activities for the week and identify roadblocks that you face to help find ways to overcome them.
